This is the result of cutting losses when they are small, and sticking mostly to stocks with a positive R value and/or with a bullish trend (Tr). An occasional exception can be made, with a more speculative entry, as we see with ALGN and CTVA (bearish trend and negative R) in our current line-up. As soon as those stocks give a Sell signal they would be cut.
This is no different from a farmer culling his herd once in a while to remove the weaker animals. That's how we end up with a strong and healthy herd of stocks. This is a very important aspect of the reversal levels strategies.
