Stock indexes stay in bearish mode. So we err on the side of caution. Oil $USO is still double green, be it weak bullish, so we will use this to add an energy stock (see below).

Stock positions:

We will be adding AR on a standard Buy signal at today's Open. The weekly RevL is at $37.11, so it wouldn't take much for this stock to go double green if Oil prices keep rising.
It's not a time to be bold, but I always keep taking a few chances when my number of positions is low. Sooner or later we will add more aggressively when a more significant tradeable bottom is on the charts.
