RUT has gone double red, because it is on a weekly Sell signal. But it is also giving an spBuy signal on the daily level. This is an unusual situation. It points to a short term rebound, and if that rebound is strong enough then RUT could return to bullish trend.
Oil USO remains on a pP signal (partial profits).
Stock positions:
AR gave a daily Sell signal last week, we held on because the stock was still in a bullish trend. But that didn't work. The stock has gone double red and we will exit this trade at the Open today.
OC is on a spBuy+ and we will be new position we add at the Open today.
Starting today we are reordering the stock positions table a bit. Trades to be closed are displayed first. Then we have the positions that are already in bullish mode and being held on a trend fololowing basis. And lastly we have the special entries (usually spBuy or dBuy), which are still in bearish mode. Position in the last category will now move to the trend following class as soon as they go into bullish mode. That is the case with LUV today. We bought it on spBuy a few weeks ago, and it gives a standard Buy signal today, which means it moves up in the table. This will hopefully make it a bit clearer for new readers.
