RUT stays in bearish mode. If it doesn't catch up and join the SPX and NDX by getting back to double green, then the market will be in trouble. Nonconfirmation between major indexes is always a warning sign. A proper tide lifts all boats.
Oil USO has fallen back since our recent pP signal and is now testing its RevL. May go into bearish mode, but the Sell signal is not triggered yet.
